Frank Wright is no stranger to North Florida.  A graduate of Jacksonville University with a degree in Marketing, he has been a beach resident since 1974 and still lives in the same house!  Through a 30 year Marketing career with Delta Air Lines, he bounced around the globe; however, his heart always brings him back to the beach.   His years at Delta provided him with extensive experience in pricing, sales, negotiation and customer service.  In fact, the parallels between the airline industry and real estate are very similar.   Frank will provide you with a completely painless experience during your next real estate transaction.

Mary Beth Lonergan has been a licensed Florida REALTOR since 1985, starting out in the Tampa, St.Pete area.  She relocated to Neptune Beach in 1995 and has been with Watson Realty Corp. since 2003. Her involvement in real estate has been a lifelong experience for her as her father was a REALTOR®, her uncle had his own agency and her cousin and daughter are both REALTORS®. She remembers looking at all the photos in the window at her Uncles' real estate company and how each listing was manually typed up on a sheet (does anyone remember the manual typewriter). A black and white photo was glued to the sheet and placed carefully in the window of his downtown office.  Of course this was a lengthy process as you would have to wait several days for the film to get developed.  Mary Beth has bought and sold many homes since that time and especially enjoys the challenge of finding the "perfect home" for her customers.  Prior to her real estate career, she spent many years in the engineering field as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer and did some traveling around the US as a management consultant.
